Babywearing 101 Class

Expecting a baby and confused about all these baby carriers? A new parent that would love another option to your stroller? Got carriers as baby gifts and don't know how to use them? This class is for you! Erin will introduce students to the art of babywearing and the main options for carrying your baby. We will spend time exploring carriers available to new parents and we will focus on how to wear your baby safely. The first 60 minutes of the class will be an overview of the benefits and how-to of babywearing and the final 30 minutes will allow time for participants to ask questions about carriers they are interested in or may already own with time for hands on adjustments and instruction.
Prenatal or Newborn Private Consultation
90 minutes/ $75
At your home or ours- come meet with Erin to learn about babywearing and discuss how babywearing could improve your life! Erin will give you a complete and personalized introduction to babywearing and the main types of carriers with the goal of helping you identify carriers that will work best for you and your baby! Consultation will include an overview of babywearing safty, hands on instruction and plenty of time for practice and questions. Prenatal and Newborn consultations include free phone and email follow-up to address any questions that come up as you are gaining experience wearing your baby!
Advanced Consultation
60 minutes/ $50
Ready to move beyond the basics? Happy with your existing carrier but curious about what else is out there? Ready to carry your baby on your back but need help getting him there? Erin can help! Advanced consultations are tailored to the specific concerns you may have and can range from exploring different carriers, new carrying techniques or special needs you or baby may have. This consultation will include contact before our meeting to discuss your goals for the session and free email follow up with any questions.
